These Terms govern your use of the verna.one website and the free tools hosted on it (the “Site”), operated by Verna Labs. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The Site & free tools
The Site provides information about VernaOne and free utilities such as copy-paste prompts, the Prompt Portability Linter, and the LLM Cost Calculator. These are provided free of charge, “as is”, for general informational and productivity purposes.
2. No warranty on tool output
The free tools use heuristics and reference data and may be inaccurate or incomplete. In particular, portability checks are heuristic, and any pricing figures are approximate and may be out of date. Nothing on the Site is professional, legal, or financial advice. Verify anything important before relying on it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Site unlawfully or to infringe others’ rights; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure; (c) scrape or reproduce the Site at scale except for the free prompts we explicitly offer for sharing; or (d) misrepresent the Site or Verna Labs.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, its design, text, and the “VernaOne” and “Verna Labs” names and logos are owned by Verna Labs and protected by applicable IP laws. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view the Site for its intended purpose. The free prompt assets we publish are offered for you to copy, use, and share as provided; the surrounding branding and attribution should remain intact when you share them.
5. Third-party links & services
The Site links to third-party sites and services (e.g. the VernaOne app, provider websites, download hosting). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; their terms apply to your use of them.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and free tools are provided without warranties of any kind, and Verna Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its tools or content.
7. Changes
We may modify the Site or these Terms at any time; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Verna Labs is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
